December Wedding

It was a terrific way to begin a new month with a gorgeous bride, a dashing groom, and a beautiful wedding.
It was a cold winter's day but that didn't stop us from braving the cold wind to take some remarkable outside images.
Everything about this wedding had a sentimental feel, from a friend and her dad saying prayers to the ceremony being preformed by one of the family's close friends.
The reception was so much fun with a slideshow of the couple as children to a fun time of dancing.
I had so much fun at every level of this wedding.

Christmas season begins

I Love Christmas and all of the hustle and bustle that comes with it.

I thought I would start the Holiday season off by letting Milley greet everyone in her own adorable way

Fall has come and and almost gone

I love the colorful season of autumn. The perfect mixture of yellows, oranges, and reds make it a photographers dream.

And I love photographing children with these beautiful vibrant colors. I am lucky enough to have 2 perfect models for such an occasion. At a moments notice we got them all spiffed up and met at their Aunt's house for a fun shoot. They cooperated so well even though they would rather be swinging, throwing leaves, or just running through the crunchy foliage.
Thank you to my daughters-in-law, Kristina and Brandolynn who came and helped me get the smiles that I love, and  Autumn for the use of some of her cute props.

Milly

Wanted to share this cute photo of my sweet little puppy, Milly.
She is so sweet with my little babies. She allows them to crawl all over her, pull on her legs, take away her toys, and run after her without getting too frustrated with them.
But looking at her sweet little face you would never believe what a little chow hound she really is. She wants to eat 24/7 and I have not found anything she will turn her nose up to.
This dog brings so much joy into my life.

Mr. M turns 3 months old

I was thrilled to take some images of this little guy. He was such a good sport even at his young age.
He slept when we needed him to sleep and was so happy while he was awake.

Fair with my babies

I always look forward to the fair like a little kid. I bought the pass this year hoping to go every day, well rain and a hubby that is, well let's just say, not as excited about the fair as I am. I got to go one day with 2 of the sweetest babies I know.
I wanted to take them both on the carousel but one was napping in the wagon. They both loved the pony rides, their smiles were priceless.
We had had to take Pappy to get his snow cone, he got one big enough to share.
Later that night my daughter, daughter-in-law, and friends went to the Avett Brothers concert, I just want to say that it was awesome. I was wanting to dance and jive the whole time.

Fairy Tale Wedding

This wedding would make anyone a believer of "Fairy Tales". It was one of the most beautiful backyard DIY weddings I have ever seen.
There was so much attention to detail. It seems they thought of everything. Her Mother made her dress and it looked like any designer would have been proud to put their name on it, her mother-in-law help sew many of the detail banners that transformed this beautiful backyard into a fun wedding setting.

TJ

It is fun to see kids grow up and to see a glimpse into the men or women they will become. It is just that way with TJ, I have known him almost his whole life and it is exciting to see just what a fine young man he is.
He is talented, funny and has a laugh that is so contagious.
TJ I hope you have an awesome senior year, and I know that you have a bright future.

sugar and spice and everything nice

Girls are so fun.

Little miss M couldn't get enough of the chair after I told her that it was a princess chair. She just kept repeating (in her cute little 18 mo old voice) "princess chair" it was adorable.

The wild flowers are in full bloom here so we took advantage of that today with little miss G.
She was getting a little tired of posing, but she is such a little trooper.

When we were driving back to her car she was asking her mom to pose and she would say "perfect".
I guess I use that term too much.
